These terms govern your use of the 33coders.com website and any services provided by 33coders Damian Krawcewicz.
Services
We provide AI strategy consulting, workshops, and advisory services. Specific terms for each engagement are agreed upon separately before work begins.
Payment
All prices are quoted in PLN, net of VAT. Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Workshop payments are due before the session date.
Limitation of liability
Our consulting and training services provide guidance and recommendations. Implementation decisions remain the responsibility of the client. We are not liable for business outcomes resulting from following our advice.
Intellectual property
Workshop materials and course content are the intellectual property of 33coders. Clients receive a license to use materials internally. Redistribution is not permitted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts in Gdynia, Poland.
